Manufacturing Units
Geetanjali Woollens excels in providing quality woollen products because of the functional manufacturing units at various corners of India and overseas. We have a total of three weaving and spinning plants in India & three overseas. These plants are set up and run by a diverse group of people originating from distinct ethnicity and culture.
Uniformity is being maintained at various levels of production at all the manufacturing units. With a highly skilled manpower and efficient administrative system we have been able to deliver a consistent and quality product time after time.
The manufacturing units consist of different sections that include the preparatory section, spinning section, weaving section, finishing section and other auxiliaries.
Unit 1 : This is our main unit where all the spinning and weaving activities take place. We have 9 woollen carding machines in this unit together with spinning, winding, auto coners, twisting, plying, rapier weaving, raising and finishing. Unit 2 : This is our recycling unit where we recycle all old used sweaters and make them into fibre suitable for spinning. We also have our Open End spinning plant located in this unit.

Unit 3 : This is our wet processing unit where our Wool Scouring, Wool dyeing, Wet Wool Fabric processing, hank yarn washing and water pulling machines are all located. All the main wool sorting exercise are done in this unit too.
